I have exactly:
deb
http://www.debian-multimedia.org testing main non-free
And no Flashplugin whatsoever. It was there, but now, aptitude warns me
that it is local/obsolete. Some told me to use backports, but I never
did that. I always used Debian Multimedia. :-(
