[PATCH] libaacplus2: reduce the number of exported symbols

Hi,

currently, libaacplus2 exports over 250 symbols, most of which are of
no use to the linking application. The attached patch adds the
export-symbols option to libtool to export only the public interfaces
in aacplus.h .
