gpac packaging problems

When trying to use MP4Client I get this in the command line:

[Core] Cannot open directory
/tmp/buildd/gpac-0.4.6~svn20110224/debian/tmp/usr/lib/gpac/ for enumeration
Error: no modules found in
/tmp/buildd/gpac-0.4.6~svn20110224/debian/tmp/usr/lib/gpac - exiting

And if I try to use Osmo4, it starts with an open file dialog asking for
the plugin directory. The plugins are in /usr/lib/gpac but as soon as I
set the plugin directory, Osmo4 dies with no useful error message.
