problem with mythtv and mpeg capture cards (PVR-150)

Hi,

Seems a recent change has made it so mythtv is not compiling with support for
MPEG capture cards.

The following is from my log, and myth-backend fails to start.

2011-04-07 15:31:18.667 TVRec(2) Error:
MPEG card configured on video device /dev/video0,
but MythTV was not compiled with MPEG support.

Recompile MythTV with MPEG support or remove the card
from the configuration and restart MythTV.
