Hello Mr Marillat,
Yes, I know vlc doesn't come from d-m, but since I have libavutil51
already installed from d-m it conflicts with vlc-nox requirement for
debian's version of libpostproc52, which conflicts with d-m libavutil51
version. At least this is my understanding of the problem. If there is
an ongoing transition regarding libav then it's just a matter of time,
but if debian multimedia (Alioth) packages are breaking things by
introducing conflicts with d-m library versions it has to be fixed. I
just want to make sure that the later isn't true.
