Backport packages for squeeze

Hi,

I started to add packages in squeeze-backports, for now only vlc and
x264. The main change for vlc is the support for x264.

These packages are only build under stable and my squeeze-backports, no
official backport repo is necessary.

The magical line for the sources.list
