Subject: MythWeb broken on Testing/Unstable with PHP 5.4.0+
MythWeb (0.24-fixes branch) no longer works on Debian Testing due to
the removal of call time pass by reference in PHP 5.4.0+.

Patches which work around this change are available on the MythTV
issue tracker here: http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/10504
