MythTV 0.25.1 in unstable

Hi,

Main packages changes for mythtv is the rsyslog configuration. Should
work now.

And for mythplugins, is the reworking of the mythweb package. Users files
are now in /var/lib/mythtv/mythweb/data (was in /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/data)
The apache configuration file has been split in two. The main file
/etc/mythtv/mythweb.conf is now a configuration file and
/etc/mythtv/mythweb-mysql.conf with configuration for the mysql server
(not a configuration file).

As usual, I'll do backport packages for squeeze-backports when these
packages will enter testing.
