Normally you have noting to do by hand. Debian scripts should manage tat
automatically.
First mythtv install ?
In /etc/mythweb/mythweb.conf the first Directory option should be set to
/var/lib/mythtv/mythweb/data
And data directory in /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb muste be a symlink to
/var/lib/mythtv/mythweb/data
