-mips32r2 -mdsp -mdspr2 -mhard-float

Do you know if these compilation flags are safe for your CPU ?

Otherwise the really best is to report this bug to the ffmpeg BTS
https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ yourself as I don't have this hardware and
I can't test.
