i needed this too for creating a pxe boot system with live-build.
One way to do get the key:
apt-get install deb-multimedia-keyring
cd /usr/share/keyrings/
gpg --import deb-multimedia-keyring.gpg
gpg --list-keys
gpg -a --export 1F41B907
