Nothing else sound related.
Since discovering this issue I'd not tried playing DVDs. Having now
done so, I find that VLC will play only the audio track of the Title
menu. Select anything (from the VLC menu) and video comes up.
Returning to Menu displays video and plays sound. This is on several
DVDs that worked fine with the previous version of VLC.
