Could you try if a symlink solve this issue ?

sudo mkdir /usr/share/obs/obs-plugins/obs-ffmpeg
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/obs-plugins/obs-ffmpeg/ffmpeg-mux /usr/share/obs/obs-plugins/obs-ffmpeg/ffmpeg-mux
