confused by MythTV on buster

Hi!

I just upgraded, with some difficultiess, stretch to buster. By mistake
I removed MythTV packages (but not the configuration) and had to
reinstall them.

Now the frontend connects to backend only if it is started from the
command line, the adress used is 0.0.0.0! When backend is started on
boot by systemd, the frontend is unable to connect.

I can live with it, but it's annoying and intriguing...
