MythTV 30 and problems with multiple delivery systems

Hi!

MythTV 30 has a bug (https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/13014) that it
resets tuner cards with multiple delivery systems (T/T2/C/C2) always to
T2. This breaks my setup because my tuner can’t find any C channels
anymore.

Christian, the bug report has a patch attached (prefer DVB-C). Would you
apply it to your mythtv package?
