Mythtv scripts lack execute bit

The python and perl scripts under /usr/share/mythtv/internetcontent
need the execute bit for Mythnetvision to work.

And since Myhtnetvision is useless without these scripts shouldn't
mythnetvision depend on mythtv-backend-python?
