Any chance of a gstreamer0.10-mplex?

Digging a bit in brasero I've found it can be used to whip up SVCDs and DVDs
if gstreamer-mplex[1] were available. Any chance of a package similar to the
ones for lame and x264? Surprisingly, the mpeg2enc encoder is already there.
