MythTV and Zoneminder

Hi Christian,

The mythzoneminder package should only *suggest* the install of zoneminder
because this package also provides the plugin used by the frontends, only the
mythzmserver in this package relies on a local install of zoneminder.

BTW: Mythbuntu packages only suggest the install.
