Hi,
on two of my Debian unstable systems, I have kde's knotify crashig
whenever it tries to play a sound. This looks simliar to the kshisen
issue reported by shirish on April 07, but I have vlc 2.0.1-0.2 from dmo
installed and the issue still persists.
More detailed crash information is in
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=668491 which I closed
after being pointed to the fact that the issue may be caused by a dmo
package.
What functionality will I lose when I change back to Debian's stock vlc?
