Missing Add Source / Add-ons in Videos

I'm loving the new xbmc, but I noticed something odd when I did a fresh
unstable install on a new box. The "Add Source" and "Video Add-ons"
options are missing from the menu. Music has them still and they work as
expected. I'm running 3:11.0+git201205-dm, anyone else seeing this?
