compiled mythtv flags

Can someone tell me if mythtv 0.25 has been compiled with
--enable-libx264 and --enable-libmp3lame to support
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Http_live_streaming_server ?

I'm having a lot of trouble trying getting it to stream to my phone.
