I think I may have found a problem for the package mkvtoolnix:

$ /usr/bin/mkvmerge
/usr/bin/mkvmerge: symbol lookup error: /usr/bin/mkvmerge: undefined symbol: _ZN7libebml15EbmlCodeVersionE

What further info would you need?
