OBS 20 FTL library missing from source?

Hi,

It looks like there's some weirdness with OBS with the FTL library.

Here's someone reporting the issue to arch:

Apparently the distributed source archives are apparently missing this
library. *sigh*

I don't think there's much you can do, but I thought you might
appreciate the heads up.
