I did -fixes packages for 0.22 release. Now I expect to see more stable
release with the accelerated development schedule announced in 0.23

Now I don't know when 0.24.1 is supposed to be released.
Otherwise if the fixes branch doesn't break ABI with 0.24 I can do
fixes packages.
