[VLC] Ati Radeon XPress 1250

Hi,

this days i notice that vlc has been updated in debian-multimedia.

Now, when i open a video, this broke and close. Later, i had a 1/4
left screen (all height, but only 1/4 left-to-right), and gray scale.

Some where said, that something broken with libav in debian-multimedia
and some ati video card.

I wolud like to help to debug/solve this, if somebody can tell me
which logs, prroves or something else need to solve this problem.

Note: If i use mplayer with fdev (i reproduce video).
