IIRC, you have to register a login in bugzilla, just to report a bug.
that's really annoying - annoying enough that i often just couldn't be
bothered (if the bug annoys me enough, i work around it and email the
author directly - defeating the purpose of having a bug tracker).

and you have to submit bug reports in a browser, with it's crappy and
miniscule text input field instead of vi (or other decent text editor).

the interface is ugly and clumsy compared to debbugs too.

debbugs has a great email interface. and a simple & functional no-fuss
web interface for browsing existing bugs.

i wouldn't complain if bugzilla were chosen but, IMO, bugzilla is only
barely tolerable and quite annoying.
