Hmmm... debbugs, well... when in rome. I agree that something is
probably better than nothing. It's a bit surprising that there isn't
anything - except email yet. Okay, there are lots of options so I
know it can be tough to choose.

Email can work well too - assuming the devs have one internally. I
guess debbugs vs bugzilla is a bit like the linux vs windows debate.
No sense in really beating that horse any further... maybe the best
way to do this is to take a formal poll and let the masses have their
say.

Candidates so far: debbugs, bugzilla, email

I do recall the phrase "the only fair election is a dictatorship"
though... so I'll try not to complain much if my candidate doesn't
win.
